Reiki is a deeply healing life force energy that I help to bring in during our time together. These sessions are meant to be an energy reset, to help facilitate the flow of energy through our body, release any energetic blockages and rebalance our chakras. I tend to work mostly within the aura, or our energetic body, but sometimes feel a need to place my hands on certain areas of the physical body (ie shoulders, feet, hands) to direct the healing energy and will only do so with permission.

The group Reiki circles start with intention setting, a short guided mediation, then about 45 minutes of Reiki energy work. We will get cozy on our yoga mats so feel free to dress comfortably and bring any pillows or blankets. I will have eye pillows available for use as well as for sale if you want to bring one home with you.
